Ticket questions

Details worth checking

Ticket rules can change by product and date. The checkout page is the final source for your purchase.

Which ticket is best for sunset?

Choose an Anytime ticket because Daytime tickets are valid only until 5 PM. Las Vegas sunset time changes through the year, so check the time for your date and allow enough time to enter.

Are online prices fixed?

No. The total can vary by date, participant age, ticket type, taxes, and availability. Confirm the live price before payment.

Can I cancel my ticket?

The regular admission and Happy Half Hour GetYourGuide listings were marked non-refundable when checked on August 11, 2026. Confirm the final policy at checkout before paying.

How long is the ticket valid?

The provider states that the single-use ticket remains valid for 3 days from the selected date. Available starting times, special closures, and product restrictions still apply.

Do I need photo ID?

Bring a valid photo ID. It is especially important for Happy Half Hour, which is restricted to guests age 21 and over.

How early should I arrive?

The provider confirmation controls the exact instructions. Allow extra time to walk through The LINQ Promenade, locate the entrance, and complete security and boarding.
