How to read the result
Your target ride window is not the same as the time you should reach The LINQ. Queueing and boarding are variable, so the arrival estimate intentionally leaves a buffer.

For sunset, the window straddles sunset so a 30-minute rotation can capture changing light.
Arrival
Arrive earlier than the ride target because security, queueing and boarding can vary.
The Anytime ticket is the safer fit for sunset and night because the current regular-ticket listing allows it from 12 PM until closing. Daytime tickets are limited to 12 PM–5 PM.
On winter dates, sunset can occur before 5 PM, but a Daytime ticket still leaves less flexibility if arrival, queueing or the selected entry time changes. The planner therefore recommends Anytime for a sunset-first plan unless your priority is explicitly lower-cost daytime access.
The night recommendation is based on the end of civil twilight, when the sky has darkened beyond sunset. It then adds a short buffer so the recommendation targets stronger city-light conditions rather than the first minutes after sunset.
The regular-ticket provider currently lists a closure to the general public on October 27, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and no entry on November 19–21, 2026. The planner flags those dates, but the live calendar remains the final source because venue schedules can change.
Because the attraction can change hours for weather, private events or operations, and queueing varies. The venue’s published terms explicitly reserve the right to change operating hours or close for operational reasons.
