Ride & sunset planner

Find the view you want.

Pick a date and view preference. The planner calculates local sunset and civil twilight, then suggests a practical ride and arrival window.

What do you want to see?

Day, sunset or night?

Three different versions of the same ride.

The wheel is the same; the visual experience is not. Choose based on the scene you want rather than treating every ticket time as interchangeable.

Daytime Las Vegas Strip and mountain view from a High Roller cabin
Daylight

See the valley clearly

Best for mountain outlines, city layout and a simpler daytime schedule. The Daytime ticket window currently runs from 12 PM to 5 PM.

Sunset

Watch the light change

Our planning pick for a first visit when the date and ticket allow it: board around sunset so one rotation spans two different looks.

Night

Prioritize Strip lights

Best when you want the illuminated skyline. Use an Anytime ticket or a 21+ Happy Half Hour option rather than a Daytime ticket.

Ticket choice

Match the ticket to your ride.

Compare the entry window and cabin experience, then check the current availability and price for your date.

Daytime

Best when value and daylight views matter more than sunset or night access.

Happy Half Hour

One rotation with an in-cabin open bar and bartender. Bring valid photo ID.

Glass-enclosed, climate-controlled cabins give you a moving 360-degree perspective. Reflections, time of day and cabin position all change the photos you can make.

Quick answers

Before you choose a time.

Short answers here; the linked guides go deeper.

How long is one High Roller ride?

One full rotation is about 30 minutes. Your total visit can be longer after arrival, security, queueing and boarding.

How much is the High Roller in Las Vegas?

The lowest regular-admission snapshot was from $21 on September 7, 2026. Prices vary by date and option, so use the ticket price guide and confirm the live checkout total.

Is sunset or night better?

Sunset gives you changing light during the ride; night gives you the strongest Strip-light effect. Use the planner for your exact date.

Can a Daytime ticket be used at night?

No. The current regular-ticket listing states that Daytime tickets are valid only from 12 PM to 5 PM. Anytime tickets run from 12 PM until closing.

Where is the High Roller?

At The LINQ Promenade, 3545 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

Is this the official High Roller website?

No. Use this site to compare ticket options and plan your ride, then complete the purchase with the linked ticket provider. Caesars Entertainment operates the attraction.

How this guide is maintained

Transparent sources, first-hand material.

Publisher Mykhailo Antoshko rode the High Roller on August 28, 2026, around sunset, tried Happy Half Hour and used LINQ parking. The photos and short videos on this guide were captured during that visit. Operating details and ticket rules are checked separately against venue or booking-provider sources because they can change.
