High Roller visitor guide: rules, families & accessibility

Check cabin facilities, children’s rules, strollers, wheelchair boarding and bags before you visit. Includes links to the operator’s published terms and practical planning guides.

Before booking

Choose the cabin and check the practical details.

Regular admission and the 21+ Happy Half Hour serve different groups. For a family or mixed-age party, start with regular ticket options. Read the rules below before planning around a stroller, mobility device or luggage.

Rule summary checked against Caesars’ published High Roller terms (PDF). Ask the venue about your exact needs; operating procedures can change.

Visiting with children

Build the day around your group.

A suitable entry window matters more than choosing the same option every visitor buys.

Choose a manageable time

Daylight can be easier to fit around an early meal or bedtime. Sunset gives changing light, but needs a more deliberate arrival plan.

Keep party details accurate

Enter every participant and the correct ages when comparing tickets. Review the selected product before paying, including any instructions for young children.

Leave room before boarding

Handle bags, stroller questions and a comfort stop before the queue. Keep your booking ready so the group is not sorting it out at the last minute.

Planning an accessible visit

Confirm the complete route, not just whether the cabin accepts a mobility device. Tell the venue about the device and boarding assistance you need, then ask which entrance and approach to use. A nearby map pin does not establish a step-free route.

If a particular boarding procedure or companion arrangement is essential, get the answer from the venue before committing to tickets and transport. This guide does not certify lift availability, device dimensions, accessible parking spaces or a guaranteed boarding procedure.

Choose your approach to The LINQ, then use the visit-time calculator with an arrival allowance that suits your group.

Keep the ticket and cabin choice separate

A wider entry window helps with timing; it does not turn a shared cabin into a private one. If privacy or keeping a large group together is essential, confirm an appropriate group booking with the venue.

Inside the wheel

How many people fit in a High Roller cabin?

The published maximum is not a prediction of the crowd on your ride.

Ticketmaster lists 28 cabins and a regular-cabin maximum of 40 people. Its Happy Half Hour description lists up to 25 guests. Actual loading depends on the operator; neither figure promises a private cabin or a particular amount of space.
